Summer in British Columbia’s Rocky Mountains is a good time to look for trouble and troublemakers. Even people who don’t normally walk on the wild side will enjoy the fun found at Golden’s Kicking Horse Resort.
I summarized my best suggestions for finding trouble makers in my first story for Fodor’s Travel. You can read it here.
Kicking Horse Resort is home to the Grizzly Bear Refuge – a large enclosure on the side of Kicking Horse Mountain and providing expansive, natural environment to their resident bear, Boo. Boo has been a troublemaker in the past, escaping twice from his enclosure.
Have you been Kicking Horse Resort? Or is there somewhere you like to look for troublemakers in summer? I’d love to hear your suggestions.
